About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn a brief into polished campaign materials. You will work with marketing colleagues on website visuals, social content, advertising, and print assets, keeping the brand consistent across formats. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who combines visual judgement with reliable delivery and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign visuals for websites, landing pages, email, social media, and online advertising.
• Prepare print-ready promotional materials and adapt artwork to different formats.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and create reusable templates for recurring design work.
• Develop ideas from briefs and collaborate with marketing colleagues through feedback and final delivery.
• Check typography, copy, images, branding, dimensions, and exported files before handover.
• Use creative tools, including AI-assisted image or short-video workflows, with careful quality and brand checks.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in graphic or digital design, supported by a portfolio of relevant work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus confidence with Figma and Canva.
• A sound understanding of composition, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Experience designing for digital channels and preparing artwork for print.
• Basic animation or short-video skills and an interest in developing your creative toolkit.
• Good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to respond constructively to feedback and deadlines.
