About the role
We are looking for a senior hunter who takes ownership from first contact to commercial agreement. You will sell technology that helps large organisations improve important business processes, working with buyers to establish value and build support across their organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop a territory plan and generate new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, executive networking and partners.
- Build relationships across business, technology, legal and procurement teams and establish a clear case for investment.
- Lead complex discovery, presentations and negotiations through the full sales cycle.
- Maintain reliable CRM records and forecasts, and work closely with product, solution specialists and customer success.
- Improve sales processes, share effective approaches with colleagues and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- At least seven years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong record of new-customer acquisition and quota overachievement.
- Experience creating your own pipeline and closing six- and seven-figure opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI, cloud or related enterprise technology and the ability to learn complex organisational and regulatory workflows.
- Experience in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment, with confidence building processes as the business grows.
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level, including executive presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to work remotely from Germany and travel within Germany and DACH for customer meetings and industry events.
