About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a curious mind and a customer-focused approach. You will combine practical troubleshooting with clear communication, guiding users through technical questions and helping them get back on track. An interest in technology and a methodical approach are central to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Ask the right questions to understand a customer's issue and identify the next troubleshooting steps.
  • Guide users through product features, setup, and common technical problems.
  • Explain solutions in accessible language and check that the customer understands the outcome.
  • Document the investigation, actions taken, and resolution in the support system.
  • Escalate complex issues with clear context and follow up with the relevant teams.
  • Work towards agreed response times and quality standards.

Requirements

  • German at C1 level and English at B1 level or above.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • An interest in technology and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • The ability to stay patient, ask clear questions, and explain technical information simply.
  • Confidence working with digital tools and keeping accurate case notes.
  • Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, with five working days per roster.
